Once you are happy with the solution we have created together, and all the details of your purchase are in place, you can expect a quote within 72 hours. The quote is of course free of charge and non-binding. In the quote, we always state how long it is valid for.
VR
Virtual Reality (VR) is a service that lets you take a tour of your new kitchen before it even exists. The kitchen drawing that you and your kitchen designer have created is made available in a 3D environment using equipment we have in the store. It is all to give you the best possible feel for the look and proportions of the kitchen before you place your order.
Financing
Of course, we offer a good financing plan should you wish. You can quickly and easily find out from us what a financing solution would look like for you. Bear in mind that financing can be a good way to upgrade your purchase to what you really want if you have compromised on something during the buying process.
Home visit
Our experienced and style-conscious kitchen designers will come to your home free of charge. Once there, they will help you make the very most of your kitchen, bathroom or storage, based on your needs and your style. The home visit is usually an important part of achieving a good end result, and it is also a good opportunity to discuss the practicalities of how the project should look.
Removal of existing kitchen
Of course, before we can start on your new kitchen, your existing kitchen needs to be dismantled and dealt with. We can help you take down your existing kitchen safely and properly before we begin work on your new one. If the kitchen can be reused, we can give you tips on how to do that, and if it is to be recycled, we can help make sure it is done in the best possible way.
Delivery
We take responsibility all the way! Where logistics allow, we deliver your products to your home with our own trucks and our own in-house drivers. All of our in-house drivers are trained in eco-driving. We will contact you when delivery is getting close. You will receive the first delivery notice a few days before we arrive with your order. The driver will also contact you by phone shortly before we are expected to arrive. Our trucks are large and need a certain amount of space, but we do our best to unload as close to your home as possible.
Installation
Would you also like help with the assembly and installation of your new kitchen? Installation is an important part of achieving the perfect end result that your kitchen deserves. That is why we are pleased to offer professional installation of your new products. Our installers have long experience of installing quality kitchens from Ballingslöv and have completed the training provided by Ballingslöv AB.
Final inspection
We are with you all the way to your finished kitchen. Once all the installations and everything else are in place, we carry out a final inspection together with you to make sure everything has been completed as agreed, so that you can fully start enjoying your new kitchen.
